Email a PDF version of a dashboard

You can save any dashboard as a PDF file, and then email that file to someone outside of your group or company.

Dashboard links appear as links in the PDF, but you will not be able to drill down to the underlying data.
  1. Go to Dashboards > All > Dashboards.
  2. Find the dashboard that you want to share in the list.

  3. Select Components.

    Select View components.

  4. In the upper-right corner, select Print.
  5. In the upper-right corner of the printable view window, select Print.
  6. Select Save as PDF.
  7. Select Save.
  8. Specify a location for the file and change the file name to something meaningful.
  9. Select Save.

You can now attach the PDF to an email.
